The Village has it all in one place. Situated on 300+ immaculately maintained acres of green space, The Village offers a unique expression of Dallas living at its very best. A montage of magnificent, amenity-rich, modern residences, winding walking trails, and a world-class lifestyle center—all carefully arranged in a lively environment that is 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. The Village needed to balance their legacy while expressing the future of the brand. We helped developed a brand strategy and comprehensive visual identity to expand with the evolution of an ambitious multi-year overhaul of the entire property. The brand toolkit; featuring a distinctive logo, color palette, typography, photography, graphic style and messaging enabled The Village to grow their lifestyle-driven brand to attract a multi-generational demographic in the future.
