Kitchen Indispensables Book Concept

The team over at Rotovision books asked if we could put together some ideas for a new book concept of 100 top ten lists of the best tools, ingredients and techniques for the kitchen in an illustrated, diagramatic, infographic format. Unfortunately the project never happened, but we had a lot of fun doing it. Laura Rowe and Vicki Turner have published the Taste Book which is an absolutely gorgeous title with a similar premise.
